Led by Henry McMasters Henry South Carolina, a dozen Governor of the Republic navigated the court on Mississippi’s law to limit abortion, the results can have implications for similar steps throughout the country.
On Thursday, lawyers for McMaster submit AMICUS account to the US Supreme Court to support Mississippi, who wanted to enforce the law of 2018 which would ban abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

Wade, landmark 1973 court decisions that legalized national abortion.

Earlier this year, McMaster signed “the heartbeat and South Souther fetal protection from ACT Abory,” who need a doctor to do ultrasound to check the heartbeat in the fetus, something that is usually detected about six weeks after conception.
If found, abortion can be done only if pregnancy is caused by rape or inces, or maternal life in danger.
