Gosha came at Ayarahalli

Mysuru: In a big assistance for those affected by cattle and farmers who struggle to sell their livestock because of the prohibition of cows in the state, immediately, Mysore will get Goshala first government.
This Goshala is proposed at 10 hectares in Ayarahalli Village which is located about 30 km from here.
Goshala was being built as part of the government’s decision to build one Goshala in each district to provide protection for lonely cattle for various reasons.
After the anti-Cow slaughter law is implemented in the state, farmers and those engaged in the milk industry struggling to keep bungal calves, cows that have stopped giving milk and old oxen and cannot be used in agricultural activities.
In many places, locals let the bulls say that they cannot take care of them.
The proposed Goshala is expected to help farmers in a great way.
“It comes with an estimated cost of Rs 1.84 Crore.
After Goshala’s works are over, we can accommodate around 500 cows,” said Dr.
BN Shadakshara Murthy, Deputy Director, Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Services.
“At first we accommodated 200 cows.
At present Rs 48 lakh has been subject to sanctions to take the work,” he said.
According to the authorities, it was the first government founded by Gosha in this district.
The land of the income department has been transferred to the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Services to build Goshala.
The department plans to complete work within one year.
Goshala will have an agricultural pool, animal feed cultivation area and veterinary hospital.
At present four Goshlas is carried out by non-governmental organizations with government assistance in the district.
