Bhubaneswar: Goim Das, a Sai International School student, has become a country’s topper in Jee (Main), produced by the National Test Agency (NTA) on Wednesday.
He wants to learn computer science at IIT Bombay.
Das secured a score of 99.999.
Original Kota Balalasore, DAS said he had balanced the coach and school class when preparing for Jee (play).
“I followed NCERT books for preparation.
I also broke the question letters from previous years,” said the watershed.
He said mathematics was his favorite subject.
“Initially physics was difficult for me.
Later I could understand the subject with the help of our teacher,” he said, added, “Now my focus is on Jee (continued), to be held in October 3.
If I can get a whole Indian ranking in 60, I can get a chair at IIT Bombay.
“Das, the son of a businessman, received an entrance ticket in Sai International School after complaining class X from Odia Middle School in Balasore.
Because he did not like hostels, his mother had lived with him in rented accommodation in the city.
“Initially, I faced problems understanding English.
After teacher intervention, I managed to iron the language problem,” he added.
