NEW DELHI: The government on Saturday issued a last note to social networking stage Twitter for compliance with all the new Information Technology (IT) principles, 2021.
In the note that the ministry of electronic equipment and information technologies (MeitY) stated,”it’s dismayed to remember your (Twitter’s) answers to this ministry’s speech address the clarifications sought by this ministry indicate complete compliance with all the rules” It further said that”it’s clear from the answers that until date Twitter hasn’t educated about the facts of the main compliance officer required under the rules” Government of India gives ultimate note on Twitter for compliance with all fresh IT rules.
