The case to set the next lawyer is appointed to this post.
Mastery of existing officials will end on June 30.
General Advocates wrote to the government that 100 applications have been received from lawyers to consider them for the post.
To complete the selection of special applicants, seniors and new governments, it will take at least three months and until then the service of the existing team must be allowed to continue, AG has said in his letter.
The government applicant was appointed by Government Legal officers (appointment and service provisions) and case behavior, rules, 1978.
They were appointed for a ten-year term, after that the rules allowed the extension of their tenure three years, where the country’s cabinet got a telephone.
When this problem was submitted to CM by the Minister of Law, he instructed that this problem was placed in front of the Cabinet, but to extend another month’s tenure and not three.
The source said that until the selection and appointment of a series of new lawyers was completed, government cases tended to be jammed for the desire of the government.
