Government order VACB Probe to Muttil Tree Felling

Written by news2in

T’puram: The State Government has ordered investigations of alertness into the case of illegal muttil tree logging, against income officials and attendance departments involved in illegal activities.
Probes will focus on corruption, irregularities are committed and financial transactions of officials allegedly have a role in the case of illegal tree logging.
The command of vigilance has been issued on the basis of the recommendation of a special investigation team consisting of officials from various crime disciplines, vigilance and anti-corruption bureaus and the forest department and wildlife.
Although the multi-disciplinary team is formed and the investigation is active, investigations can only be possible if there are special commandments that request an investigation of the agency in this issue.
All of these three institutions have their original power taken from different actions, including the Indian criminal code, prevention of corruption laws and stories of taluhan related to forest laws (conservation), 1980, preservation of Kerala Pesaring Act, 20086, etc.
The same reason, some cases must be registered under this action by agents independently and investigations must be carried out in the contours of actions from which specific institutions attract their strength.
