Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh cabinet on Tuesday gave his approval on the distribution of free tablets and smartphones among students who pursued higher studies.

The cabinet also approved the RS 37.35 lakh for the installation of the statue of the former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee at the Circuit House in Kanpur.
