Quepem: The maintenance becak from the Quepem electricity department accidentally fell on the irrigation canal of Selaulim near the Kushawati River in Devmoll in Quepem on Thursday night.
However, there were no reported injuries.
The villagers of Devmoll said that Lines Department Linesman had replaced LED lights from access to canal maintenance.
“While the driver of the pedicab with electrical equipment goes to help the lines, vehicles parked on canal access down to the canal,” said local council members.
Then at night, the locals pulled a pedicab from the canal using a rope.
