Kolkata: Continuing his scolding against the legislative speaker in West Bengal, Governor of Jagdeep Dhankhar on Friday fired a letter to the first, allegating that the house trial was not available to him.
Governor in particular has been searching for resolutions that are forwarded in assembly of the extension of the jurisdiction of the power of border security (BSF), and the movement of privileges moved against two senior officers, each of the Central Investigation Center (CBI) and law enforcement) and law enforcement Directorate (ED) .
The governor refers to the resolution that was passed by the house against the decision of the central government to expand BSF territorial jurisdiction from 15 km to 50 km from the international border.
The resolution is passed after choosing it.
Dhankhar also refers to the privilege movement that was transferred to the CBI Deputy SP and Assistant Director of the Enforcement Directorate to be suspected of degrading the speaker by not appearing before him despite several calls.
The Privilege movement said that the three ruling party legislators – Firhad Judge, Madan Mitra and the late Subrata Mukherjee – was arrested by the CBI earlier this year in connection with Narada’s case, but there was no permit to be searched from Biman Banerjee speakers, none of him hinted.
The privilege movement was moved against Satayendra Singh, Deputy SP CBI, and Rathin Biswas, Assistant Director Ed.
In a letter to the speaker, the Governor wrote: “Proceedings of the last session of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly secured with a special reference for the resolution transferred by the Parta Chatterjee, Minister of State Parliamentary Affairs, under the procedure of behavior 169 of the home business, and passed by the assembly in connection with the assembly The BSF jurisdiction area, and violations of privilege and disgust movements were transferred by Tapas Roy on November 17.
“The attention of the speaker Hon’ble is also withdrawn on facts.

Such circumstances are not only improper, but not acceptable and also not constitutional.
