Governor Kerala stressed the need for a new dam in Mullaseriyar

T’puram: Governor Arif Mohammed Khan has emphasized the need for a new dam to be built in Mullasiyar.
“Everyone knows the dam is old and therefore there is a need for a new dam.
People are worried about salvation and therefore requires a peaceful solution for this,” he said.
“I have been approached by parts of people who have raised fears.
I have referred to this to the state government about their concerns and concerns,” the Governor said.
Khan said there was hope in talks to be held with the Tamil Nadu government about this issue.
“A peaceful solution is what we need for this.
Therefore we have to sit and discuss this problem.
Every time a water dispute appears, justice is also involved,” he said, adding that the court must decide on the eternal solution for water disputes.
