Srinagar: Jammu & Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor of Manoj Sinha on Tuesday launched “Hausla-Inspiration of its growth”, a comprehensive program to calcify women’s entrepreneurship in UT, here in Skicc Srinagar.
Chasing the event as the beginning of a new era in women’s entrepreneurship, the Governor LT said that Jammu and Kashmir women were able to reach a big altitude in each field and full history of the leaders of the great women of J & K, official spokesman said.
“There is no fields – politics, social or economic in which women Jammu and Kashmir have not received awards and prestige.
The social status of women in the Society of Jammu and Kashmir are far better than other parts of the country even some centuries ago”, added Governor lt.
The intention of innovative initiatives is to empower women as vital drivers of the entire development process in UT by identifying & empowering female entrepreneurs as role models, providing them with markets, networks, training & sustainable support and then build ecosystems to inspire local female entrepreneurs, according to official spokesman , Talking about the importance of “Hausla”, the Governor Lt said that the program has been made in a very scientific and broad-contour way includes targeting women’s J & K entrepreneurs who have been established in the field of entrepreneurship, creating channels for women who are educated Explore their potential and then distribute sharpness Their business, help them overcome the challenges related to finance, social biases with focusing on their innate potential.
He said, there would be a spread of knowledge about government promotion policies for women entrepreneurs as well and provided access to company education and training with a focus on business development, in addition to relations with corporate networks, online associations and online markets.
The Governor LT said that the government’s priority was to reduce the gap between women and male entrepreneurs, in a systematic way and encourage women who are currently involved in various professions, so they can also be part of the ‘Hausla’ program.

He noted that with the right training, financial assistance and self-confidence, we can take revolutionary steps to empower women.
It was told that under the leadership of JKTPO and cooperated with industrial stakeholders and Indian SME forums, non-profit organizations for small & medium enterprises, the first batch of 5 months ‘Hausla’ program with 100 female entrepreneurs on board will start from July this year, giving wings to female entrepreneurs to fly higher, make their own identity in business
