Lucknow: As Diwali Bonanza, the State Government on Thursday announced a bonus for Class C and D employees.
About 15 Lakh employees, including teachers from assisted colleges, teachers and staff of technical education institutions, local body employees and daily bets that work For the government, will benefit from the decision.

A official said nearly 15 Lakh employees would benefit and the government had to bear the additional costs around RS 1,022 Crore in this number.
The order said that employees who had completed at least one work year on March 31, 2021, will be eligible for a bonus.
