Bhubaneswar: The state government on Friday asked government college teachers to work in various organizations to register for online refresher courses.
The last registration date for refreshment courses is September 15.
The Ministry of Higher Education has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Center for Human Resources, Savitribai Phule University to conduct a University (UGC) online refresher course approved for government college teachers in various subjects for career improvement and increased knowledge and skills.

The college teacher must register for refresher courses by visiting https://hrdc.unipune.ac.in.
“Because the last date of registration is September 15, the state government education and training institutions are asked to communicate with all government college teachers working in their organizations regarding the start of this course,” said the letter from the Ministry of Higher Education.
The official source said the participating teacher did not need to pay for refresher courses because the Ministry of Higher Education brought all the costs of this program.
This class for online courses is likely to be held in the afternoon session from 14:15 to 7.15 a night.
There will be three sessions within 90 minutes duration in all working days except Sunday.
The principles of colleges will not specify all types of work to registered teachers after 1pm during the entire duration of refresher courses (a total of 72 hours).
The teacher must carry out normal tasks in college until 1 noon.
Teachers can attend this online refreshment course from their homes or colleges according to their convenience.
After successfully completing the refresher course, the Certificate of Settlement of the Course with a value will be issued to the participants.
“If a chosen teacher fails to attend a refresher course without a legitimate reason or fail to secure the minimum value as determined by the Savitribai Phule Pune University, the cost incurred by this department for the course will be restored from the concerned,” read an official communication.
