Govt Counter of Union ‘Strike Threat with Ordinance

Written by news2in

Nagpur: The day after three unions in the factories declared an unlimited strike from July 26, the government had come up with regulations that brought all such companies under important service law.
2021 defense service ordinance brings all industries engaged in the production of defense goods or provides services for the defense sector under the ambition.
This takes a weaponry factory from the scope of industrial disputes as well.
Ordonance made a strike even before the date of issuance was illegal.
It is expected to inhibit union to carry out unlimited strikes to the government’s plan to rape the Armament Factory Board (OFB) and divide it into seven entities.
Trade unions have opposed moving and have stated an unlimited attack from July 26 to the decision.
Calls have been made by trade unions to raise sounds against moving.
The three main workers planned to hold a meeting on Thursday to decide on the future strategy.
Ordonance makes strikes in the illegal defense industry, making someone take part in the imprisoned thing regardless of other disciplinary actions, including dismissal of the service.
