NEW DELHI: A direct resolution into the glitches around the new revenue taxation (I-T) portal site might not be in sight.
Seven days following fund ministry Nirmala Sitharaman flagged that the worries from users into technician important Infosys, the authorities on Tuesday reported it will meet business representatives together with auditors, advisers and taxpayers around June 22.
Even though the division and Infosys might be working to resolve the issue, talks on a complete resolution of those issues remain a week off and the deficiencies could be dealt with.
“The new portal was fraught with various technical glitches/issues resulting in taxpayer annoyance.
Written representations about the problems/difficulties confronted in the portal site also have been encouraged in the stakeholders.
Agents from Infosys staff will be present to answer inquiries, describe issues and get inputs on the functioning of this portalsite, to eliminate glitches and type out problems faced with the citizens,” that the Central Board of Direct Legislation said.
