Salem: Physiotherapists using all the Salem Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College and Hospital have begun online consultation to assist the sufferers, who couldn’t visit the hospital due to their lockdown.Valli Sathiamoorthy, hospital dean, stated treatment sessions were totally affected due to the pandemic situation.It has been Nithya Manoj, mind of physiotherapy section, who developed the concept of internet appointment.
“Our group of physiotherapists is providing treatments to the patients via call.
As of this moment, 13 patients also have availed the services” She explained that the patients with bone and also people who’d stroke had treatment right after the operation.
