Govt plans to build a heliport in the city, four fleet schools

Gurgaon: Deputy Minister Haryana Dushyant Chautala on Tuesday directing the Officials of the Civil Aviation Department to explore the possibility of developing the Heliport and Aero Museum in the global city proposed along the Dwarka toll road in Gurgaon.
He also said in the meeting that the possibility of running a flying school based on a public-private partnership (PPP) Base four locations in Haryana was being explored.
While tenders have been signed in Mahendergarh and Bhiwani, these schools can also open in Karnal and Pendeore, he added.
Chautala, who also holds the Portfolio of the Civil Aviation Department, said that there are currently no Aero Museum in this country.
“If built in Gurgaon it will be the first of its kind.
In addition, if the Heliport is built here, it will increase industrialization and trade in the city and the surrounding area.
Efforts will also be made to build the Heliport and Aero Museum with a PPP base,” He said.
The Global City project will appear on the land obtained by Haryana State Industrial and the Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) in Harsaru Village, Gadholi Khurd, Mohammadpur Jharsa and Khandsa, who fall (or fall?) Along the Dwarka toll road.
The project announcement was made in July 2018.
Chautala also said that work was being carried out to make Haryana Industrial Hub in the field of aerospace and defense.
For this, Aerospace and Defense policies are being prepared.
He added that the country had led in the automatic sector and now the target has been set to invite more industries by making aerospace and defense policy so Haryana can be the center in these sectors as well.
