New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh government has transferred the Supreme Court to challenge the Karnataka High Court’s order, which provides protection from the arrest to MD Manish Maheshwari’s Twitter in a case connected to the Viral Video attack in Ghaziabad.
The Karnataka High Court on June 24 provides protection to Maheshwari in Fir which was submitted by Police Loni in Ghaziabad.
Meanwhile, Maheshwari, also filed a warning, looking for an opportunity to present his case before the court over passing any order.
The Ghaziabad police have issued a notice to Maheshwari, asking him to appear at the police station Loni to be questioned in an investigation connected with a viral video from the attack of an elderly Muslim man.
