New Delhi: Because the number of individuals who are vaccinated full of Covid beyond the qualified population who qualified for the first time, the government has expressed confidence that every adult will be closed with at least the first dose at the end of the month throughout the month.
The Ghar Dastak campaign was launched in November the first week.
More than 114 doses of crore have been given so far – 38.4 crore people have received both doses, while 37.4 crore is bent one time.
It assumes significance because it shows that while the majority of adult populations that meet the state requirements have now initiated vaccination, the second dose coverage also increased substantially, mainly driven by the ‘Har Ghar Dastak’ campaign.
“Political commitment that is loyal to the government to protect every citizen of Covid through vaccination has enabled a national boost to achieve some achievements from the beginning on January 16, 2021,” said Minister of Health Modaviya.
At present, more than 80% of adult populations have received at least the first dose of vaccines, while more than 40% have received both doses.
Door-to-door vaccination campaign aims to ensure that the entire population of adults is covered with the first dose of Covid vaccine, while those who are due for the second dose are motivated to take it according to the protocol.
