Greater Noida: At least seven Dalits were injured, four of them seriously, after consecutive “loud music” and “unpleasant comments” caused their attacks suspected by members of the top caste in the larger Noida Village on Sunday.
Two of the four seriously injured have shifted to AIIM Delhi.
The clash took place in the village of Kanpur in the Rabupura area during the Azad Jamj party meeting where the local residents from the Dalit community and supporters of the Azad Party were present.
During the meeting, the police said, several participants took DJ (Disc Jockey) arranged towards the venue who played eulogization songs from Bhimrao Ambedkar and allegedly made some unpleasant comments too.
ACP-4 (Greater Noida) Rudra Pratap Singh told TOI that the meeting was held in the upcoming program where the head of the Chandrashekhar Azad Bhim Army would lead in Meerut.
“They created awareness about this program.
A man named Prempal, who has a DJ set plays it at a meeting without permission and participants using some unpleasant comments too, which is not liked by members of the top of the caste community.
For them, it seems a kind of community power show for describe who is bigger than who, “he said.
According to FIR submitted by the police, several people – including Vikas, Rahul alias Kalua, Gaurav, Racheep, Hemant, Sandeep, Vipin, Amrish, KK Sharma and Bhupendra – have arrived at Umesh’s house with a gun made by the country, stems and sharp weapons and attack seven people.
The meeting was held at Umesh’s house.
Of the seven, the host and other people named Putra Ramvilas, Hrithik and Priyanshi’s daughter, and a woman named Monika had suffered a serious injury.
Those victims were taken to Greater Noida’s GIMS where they recovered but two of them were referred to AIIM in Delhi.
After the report about the incident became a viral, FIR was submitted in the case below the IPC part 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 354, 392, 452 and 406 and section 3 (2) (V) from SC / ST Amendments acted against 10 People in complaints from Bachchan’s army members.
Three people were then arrested in connection with this case – Rajkumar Sharma, Manish Thakur and Sumit Thakur.
Chandrashekhar Azad’s Head of Chandrashekhar Azad Tweeting about the incident, said that the administration would be responsible if there was negligence seen in injured treatment.
