GR Noida: Home buyers can clean up Gnida’s contributions until September 30

Greater Noida: around 3,500 home buyers from various Greater Noida sectors, which have failed to pay for payment to the authority of the Nida Industry Development (Gnida), will now get up to September 30 to clean their contributions.
According to Gnida records, there are 3,369 home buyers and 217 plot owners who have failed to pay payments.
They are from sector 3, Omicron 1, 1a and 2, Xu 2 and 3, MU 2, ETA 2, Alpha, Beta, Delta and so on.
Officials say only a simple interest will be collected at maturity compensation.
Additional penalties at interest will be abolished.
Apart from this, if there is a delay in completing rent, 40% rebates will be given to the total cost of delay.
“If someone has purchased a housing plot or build a building in Gnida land and owe payment authorities, the last date of the liberation available at the payment of the total number payable is September 30th.
We have agreed to this one-time settlement scheme in our board meeting on June 26.
After September 30, allotte had to pay all extraordinary amounts with flowers due to flowers, “said Narendra Bhoohan, Gnida CEO.
Under the scheme, the owner of the plot measuring up to 150 sqmt must pay Rs 2,000 as a processing fee.
For those allocated as much as a larger plot, the processing of RS 5,000 processing will be collected.
