Mumbai: Police on Friday told Bombay High Court, it would not arrest Deputy Police Commissioner Akbar Pathhan until August 5 in a corruption case that nested against it and seven others, including Param Param Singh.
Judge S Shinde and N J Jamadar heard the petition submitted by Pathan who was looking for temporary protection and the termination of FIR.

This is not possible,” Pradhan said.
