Greater Noida: 3 of family objects for hard music, beaten in Dankaur

Large Noida: Three family members allegedly beaten by several locals playing loud music near the mosque during Namaz’s time in the village of Daula Rajpura Danuri on Monday.

Five suspected of attacking Meenus, his wife Gulista and Nephew Mehndi Hasan.
While Mehndi suffered a fracture in his hand, Gulista suffered an injury to his forehead.
“The defendant’s family had faced two murder cases,” Meenus said.
DANKAUR SHO Arrvest Pathak told TII that FIR had been submitted against the defendant under the IPC 147 (riots), 148 (riots armed with deadly weapons) and 323 (punishment due to voluntarily cause pain).
“However, no one was arrested as a probe,” Sho said.
