The patient, currently admits to Apollo Delhi Hospital for the past month, can lose his anal part, with the doctor said he might need three or four operations.
Jitendra Prakash, who was originally from Khair Aligarh, said he first began to feel pain and discomfort in 2020.
His brother-in-law suggested that he visit “Doctor” named Vinay in Jiwar.
“He diagnosed anal fistula five months ago and asked me to set Rs 20,000, which I had to borrow from relatives,” said Prakash.
Vinay gave him anesthesia for surgery and after two hours, Prakash was told that the operation was successful and he would not face any problems.
However, the pain relapsed and his condition turned seriously.
In October, Prakash visited the self-health care center in Aligarh where doctors diagnosed with ‘complex anal fistulas’ and referred it to larger facilities.
“They said the problem had been exacerbated and they couldn’t treat me.
When I made Vinay talking to the doctors, he claimed that he had operated on me three – four years ago and that I did not have this problem at that time.
I shouted at him and said he had ruined my life, “he said.
Prakash accused when he threatened to complain about Vinay, the last through Casteist’s comments against him.
Prakash said he continued to complain to the health minister Jai Pratap Singh and police speech.
“The Minister of Health directed that the investigation was carried out,” he added.
After an investigation by ACMO on CMO recommendations, a FIR was submitted against Vinay below, 15 (2) and 15 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act and Section 269 and 338 IPC.
Sho Jewar Umesh Bahadur said the parts where FIR was submitted would be a maximum prison for three years.
“Fir has been filed towards the CMO office,” he added.
