Noida: A 13-year-old girl died of an injury suffered by her allegedly after being attacked by five people, including a teenager with who the family tried her cheating, a week ago.
The girl died on Monday night respiratory disease and low oxygen level at the Institute of Government of Medicine (GIMS) in Greater Noida.
Rikha allegedly suffered injuries during the battle between two families in Ladpura Village in Greater Noida.
On August 17, Ramu Ramu’s father, a gardener in the home of one Ramesh, leveled allegations of theft against one saurabh, other gardeners’ sons from the environment.
“The iron garter was stolen from Ramesh Park and Ramu accused Saurabh theft.
When Ramu took the fight, Saurabh called his family,” said DCP (Greater Noida) Visal Pandey.
Saurabh’s father, his brother Ravi and several other people from families who allegedly attacked Ramu and his family.
During the fight, Rekha suffered several punches.
The source said there was speculation that Rekha was beaten by the ramu for taking the Ravi side, with whom he was suspected of being involved in a relationship.
The girl was originally treated at a private hospital.
He was taken to gims after his condition deteriorated.
For almost a week, no one from his family filed a complaint.
Ramu approached the police on Monday, when his daughter died.
