APCT will purify an area of 1 square kilometer (247 hectares), with a filtration capacity of 80,000 pistols per hour.

At present, APCT is being produced in Bhel-Heep, Haridwar Plant.
After assembly experiments and testing in Haridwar, it was installed in Noida by Bhel which will also monitor performance parameters regularly.
