Greater Noida: Greater Noida Authority will soon begin the urge to recover the tax and services that are delayed (GST) from its repetition.
However, authority officials clarify that allottees housing does not have to pay taxes for urban services because the GST council considers industrial authorities as a civilian body.
From July 2017, the authority began to impose a 18% tax on its repetition.
However, because it often goes back and forth over the clarity of the GST regime in various services and on the status of urban services, the authority does not insist on extracting additional payments from repetition.
Meanwhile, the authority continues to pay GST that apply to the Government and the Government Government as determined by law.
“We held several meetings last month to find out the status of the GST collection.
Those who have not paid GST, will be asked to pay,” CEO Gnida Narendra Bhoohan said.
