Greater Noida: Struggling to aggregate additional property for more industrial growth in the area, the Greater Noida Authority will establish a single-window system at its own office a week to buy property directly by farmers.
It’s the very first time the Authority has taken a decision to install such a center, known as Kisan Suvidha Kendra, since 500 hectares have been not yet been obtained for the town’s growth according to the 2021 Master Plan.
Software will be scrutinised, processed and accepted within a span of 15 times throughout the facility, officials explained.
“To simplify the property acquisition process, we’ll prepare the dedicated facility for owners and farmers eager to sell their property right into the Authority.
Kisan Suvidha Kendra is going to be usable from Monday at our workplace,” explained Authority CEO Narendra Bhooshan.
Farmers from 12 villages which are located across the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and need to be obtained for the growth of the Ecotech industrial cubes, will submit the property records in the center together with their permission letter, officials stated.
At the moment, Ecotech includes 22 unique cubes and GNIDA will install 12 more cubes inside so as to cater to the specific needs of micro, small and medium businesses.
Even the villagers will get Rs 3,500 to get a sqm of their acquired property.
Authority officials will also be set up at the Dadri and Jewar tehsils for confirming that the property records issued from both farmers and landowners.
When the ownership list of this property is confirmed, officials explained, the Authority may assess the no-dues within the property parcel before issuing a cheque in the title of the land owner over 15 days.
The other Authority official stated not much soil bank is offered from town to satisfy the needs of entrepreneurs and businessmen.
“From the developed portion of Greater Noida, we’re offering just large plots to recognized players.
But, we’ve been getting requirement for 300 sqm and 500 sqm plots which are necessary for establishing smaller components.
But because of the unavailability of these plots, we’ve been not able to float any strategy for these trainings.”
