Gurgaon: Some residents from the 10A sector meet Badshapur MLA Rakesh Daultabad on Saturday and seek his help in releasing a temple built by penetrating the green belt area.
MLA promised to see this problem and take the necessary actions.

UDAYVIR YADAV, Sector President 10A Citizen Welfare Association (RWA), said, “Some people have illegally build religious structures on some green belts, and we have opposed this for a long time.

We have urged MLA to help in eliminating the earliest encroachment.
“Residents urged Daultabad to investigate this problem to improve responsibility and prevent further encroachment on public land.
“There are sustainable efforts to break this land since 2012, but now with political patronage and official relationships, some people have built religious structures in the green belt,” said Tara Chand, Secretary General of Sector 10A RWA.
When contacted, Daultabad said, “I have instructed the relevant officials to check this problem, and then they will take the right steps to secure the ground.” Although there are clear instructions from the Supreme Court on the encroachment of the green belt, the residents’ said, the lack of enforcement by the authorities concerned encourages people to violate all regulations and regulations.
