Mumbai: Starting October 1, 2021, green card applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to clear their immigration medical examination and get a permanent residence (green card).
The Center for Control and Prevention of Disease (CDC) has passed this order, in the background number Covid-19 which increased in the US.
This requirement applies in cases of adjustment of status (for those who already exist in the US) and for applicants who submit the US embassy and consulate.
As far as the Diaspora India, the majority of green card applications are related to status adjustments.

Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination is full of vaccines authorized for use in the US or those listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization must be submitted when attending a medical examination.
Applicants must accept vaccines regardless of evidence of the previous Covid-19 immunity or infection.
This vaccination requirement does not include applicants who do not qualify because the age limit for vaccines in their jurisdiction or those who can document medical contraindications.
If the Applicant object to the vaccine is based on religious or moral reasons, neglect requests must be carried out in US citizenship and immigration services (USCIS).
