Nagpur: Government Train Police (GRP) has prepared their first proposal in 35 years to Extern or 24-year-old Goon ‘kicks’ who have around eight serious violations, including attempts to murder and armed robbery, against it.
If approved, the goon will be external for two years from the limits of races, cities and districts.
The proposal was planned and prepared by the Assistant Police Inspector (API) Mubarak Shaikh from Itwari GRP.
It was sent to the sub-division judge and DCP of Zone III to consider.
Goon, whose name was not revealed, and the gang of armed with the train coach running on the wayrah lane in March.
Besides robbing several passengers, the gone has hurt other people on the train.

In June this year, the GRP Itwari team has slapped prevention of evil people living within the boundaries of the Pachpaoli police station.

Fire Shaikh said The Goon remained near the wayrah line along with his gang and was the main threat to train passengers.
“If we can be external, then it will be the first after 35 years,” he said.
“Previously, no one was trying to propose an exteration because it needed approval from the city police when the thugs and criminals were mostly in their limits,” he said.
Grp sources stated that SP Rajkumar had instructed a rigorous drive against passengers.
“In the first phase, we reflect on the sustainability of three thugs, and impose MPDA if possible.
We now explore the records of the criminals,” the source said.
