New Delhi: Taking an exception from the non-compliance of his order by not letting charges of detainees despite guarantees given a month again, the Supreme Court on Wednesday slammed the Government of Uttar Pradesh and warned that the secretary of his home department would experience serious problems in terms of delay even a day in obeying orders, reports Amit Anand Choudhary.
