Guard was held for a 5 year old sexual attack

Greater Noida: The security guard working in a housing community in Greater Noida (West) was arrested on Monday for alleged sexual abuse of a five-year-old girl in Bibrakh on Sunday.
Rahees who were accused, 50 years old, came from nobody and had lived for the past few years in a cluster Jhuggi.
The child, whose mother worked as a housemaid in a housing community, lived in another slum cluster nearby.
The police said on Sunday afternoon, when the girl was working, Rahees took the child to Jhuggi himself.
“When the girl began to cry and raised the alarm, the man escaped.
The neighbors immediately reached the place and told his parents,” said a police officer, adding that the child escaped from a big injury.
Bisrakh Sho Anita Chauhan said based on complaints by the girl’s family, a pine had been submitted under the IPC 376 AB section (punishment for rape in a woman under 12 years) and part 3/4 of the Pocso Law.
