Constable has approached HC for the termination of FIR and claimed that because he was the lowest in the hierarchy, he had made a scapegoat.
Items allegedly recovered from the prison in which he was actually involved was the item was destroyed under the order of judges and vide a pancthnama on August 27, 2021 under the signature of the police inspector and various other authorities reading and quoting making, the number of batches and quantity of Muddamal confiscated, destroyed based on court orders.
He handed himself that Kamrej Pi, M M M M M M M M M M M Gilatar had submitted a request to the main civilian judge at the Kathor court for the destruction of 25,360 bottles of the IMFL confiscated during June to August 2020 in 36 cases of prohibition violations.
After the courtship of the court, the contrabanded goods were destroyed in the presence of the Officers of the Department of Prohibition, Prant and Pi Gillamm officers.
