Guj: ‘Consult with industry before applying anti-dumping tasks’

Ahmedabad: Industrial Associations must be consulted before imposing anti-dumping tasks on coloring intermediaries from other countries, associated trade and industrial space (Assocham) suggests titled “Tangguh and Sustainable Gujarat: Suggestions and inputs in the Routing Industry Return to Recovery Post Covid Second Wave “.
Said that India relied on China for importing raw materials used in the manufacture of substances between dyes and coloring, the report added that many intermediary producers have formed a cartel and insisted on imposing anti-dumping tasks on imported raw materials from other countries so they can Increase the same level of raw materials with those produced in India.
According to Assocham, this results in an increase in product prices so that the industry faces difficulties in competing in national and international markets.
