Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court criticized the Gandhinagar District Authority to slap PASA to someone by calling him sexual actors.
The court commented that it was the “full framing” of the person.
A brijesh Solanki from Gandhinagar submitted a request against the arrangement of detention under the pasa based on two firs nesting against it.
A person was submitted for the alleged illegality carried out as a store manager in the corporate group, while the second FIR accused him of obscene behavior in the sector 7 Gandhinagar by opening himself in public places.
The court disagreed with the second fir and said that this was difficult to believe because sector 7 was a densely populated area.
HC suspended the command of the pasa and said that the command order and detention seemed to be legal abuse.
The court asked the Gandhinagar district collector to respond to the question of how he thought it was suitable to beg for a pace order based on two firs.
The judge said that the allegations of obscene behavior in state capital were not possible.
FIR was submitted by Peon’s wife, who worked with the State House Department.
“This is formulated.
This is a full framing,” said the judge and added, “This is a full framing of this man for exercise reasons.
And the collector does it without understanding it.” The court further said to the prosecutor that such practice begged the provisions of detention to be serious .
“And this happens in the capital city now,” Judge said and posted further hearing on August 27.
