Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court has asked the state government if it can come out with a comprehensive policy to end the fraudulent practices of the indicated arbitrator in property disputes, which now assumes the proportion of “threats”.
The High Court witnessed several petitions earlier this week to complain about the settlement of the arbitration and eviction awards from the property.
Arbitrator’s appointment is without the orders of the High Court and their execution or appreciation without the support of the civil court concerned.
When the petisi group appeared to hear on Friday, Nikhil Kariel’s justice expressed concern and told the public prosecutor, “It reaches a stage where people will begin to question the legal process at all.
How do we take care of this threat? This happens even in remote areas such as Panchmahal, but in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, just below our nose.
We don’t know what will happen in a remote area.
As well as looking into it.
“The court reaffirmed that it would drop heavily on the perpetrators of the insurgency.
Lawyers, who joined the court process as representatives of their own designated arbitrators, also admitted that they did not defend technical.
The judge explained that the court would fall even in lawyers who trained in the High Court and were found in practicing the illegal.
“As far as the arbitrators, I want the state government to take serious steps towards them so that they do not repeat the action in the future.
If there is regular advocate intends to support this arbitrator, we will take care of it too.
It is annoying,” said Justie Cariel.
