GUJ Kidney Fraud: Victims turned into hostility, Case Fluts

Ahmedabad: Five years ago, Pandoli – a village in the heart of the country – became the focus of an investigation into an international kidney racket after one of the victims claimed to be in the police that he, and some other villagers, had been forced or persuaded to sell their kidneys for cash for cash fast.
However, the case that rocked Gujarat fell when some of the 13 victims refused to notify the court who stole their kidneys while the rest admitted that they had sold their kidneys for their monetary consideration.
The court released five accused as “there was no conspiracy evidence or forced or lured the victims to extract organs to their wishes”.
The village, which was flown by the village in Anand Regency, located in the prosperous Charotar belt, pressed the headlines in February 2016 when the Petlad police registered a beating to the complaint Amirmiya, who accused that the kidney was removed.
Without the consent and he paid Rs 2.3 lakh for it.
Investigations cause 13 more victims – 11 of Pandoli, each from Changa and Canaan Village.
The victims were mostly farmers ridden by debt and daily wage workers who were allegedly taken to hospitals in New Delhi, Chennai and Sri Lanka where their kidney was issued.
Police arrested Mulpul Chaudhari from Valod, Sheralikhan Pathhan from Ahmedabad, Rafiq Vohra from Pandoli, Javedkhan Daudkhan from Mumbai, and alleged Mastermind Santosh aka Amit Raut, a Ayurvedic practitioner from Gurugram.
When the trial took place in front of the court session in the city of Petlad, the prosecution presents 39 witnesses, including 10 victims, but no one provides evidence that can accuse.
They all argue that they don’t know the doctor.
They all denied that their kidney was transferred to their wishes.
One victim, Arvind Gohel, said that he really needed money to pay his family’s medical bill.
He was first taken to Chennai then Sri Lanka where the kidney was issued.
The court noted that this was a different case, but the police did not investigate it.
Some victims said they had contributed their kidneys to their acquaintances and received money in return.
Another victim, Ashok Gohel, replaced him that he sold his kidney to regain his wife’s jewelry that they had sold to pay for his mother’s care.
Likewise, the victim Hiten Rawal told the court that he had sold his kidney to pay for his father’s cancer treatment.
None of these victims told the court that they were cheated, forced or that their kidney was transferred to their wishes.
The defendant was released due to lack of evidence on January 12.
The additional judge session, s tank, observed that many victims had changed hostile and the only proof that could be collected was that the victims lose their kidneys.
“Only victims can provide evidence about who issued their organs, how, and where.
All victims’ witnesses have replaced that they provide their kidneys about their own will, and there is no evidence of the recipient.
There is no revelation about the offer.
There is evidence That certain victims sell their kidneys for monetary considerations, but there is no evidence that they are captivated or tempted in that action.
