Guj: thin presence as an open school for grade 9 to 11

Ahmedabad: After grade 12, schools reopened for grade 9 to grade 11 on Monday with all Covid-19 prevention measures needed.
The first day of reopening saw a thin participation with an average of 20% of the presence reported throughout the country, according to the source of the state government.
While some parents are still reluctant to send their children to school with a warning from the possibility of the third wave of Covid-19 from experts, heavy rain in many parts of the country also seems to have become a deterrent.
In terms of class 9, from 3.72 Lakh students registered at 12,936 schools, around 86,734 students attended on the first day they represented around 23.26% of the total students in class 9.
For grade 10, 98,000 or around 24.25% attended on the first day.
Likewise for grade 9 students, 14.35% or around 43,000 of the total 3 lakh, attending class studies on Monday.
Manan Chowksi, managing the guardian of UDGAM schools for children said that the school saw a 40% presence.
He said that transportation was a big problem with many parents and their children.
After this sorted, attendance at school will increase, he added.
In Ahmedabad, 9th grade students attended Monday on Monday for grade 10 21% present.
In the case of 9th grade students, the presence of only 11% in 324 schools in Ahmedabad.
Mrugen Shah, Principal of High School said that they had not reopened their school for the only class study because parents were happy with online teaching and did not want to switch to the ‘offline’ study soon.
