Ahmedabad: Her husband died five years ago, but Asha Gupta still lives his struggle to cleanse his name in the 19-year extortion case punished.

The court did not even take a written statement of witnesses.
Gupta is the leader of the congress and his friend is a medium, but a lower court does not struggle to know the truth in this case.

After his release, Gupta’s oldest son, Hitesh, expressed satisfaction.
He said, “The implication of my father in a fake case has disturbed our family.

After his death, we decided to fight this case and clear his name.
My mother joined litigation as a legal heir.
“Hitesh further said that criminal cases greatly affected the family.
“I became a lawyer, my younger brother was a Judicial officer and the youngest brother had also become an advocate now,” he said.
