Ahmedabad: Coronavirus exploded again in Gujarat because the country added 548 new positive cases in 24 hours on Wednesday.
The case jumped 39% compared to 394 infections on Tuesday and was the highest daily calculation in the last 203 days.
Data from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for December 28 revealed that Gujarat added 24% of the active case in a day – this was the second highest in the country, behind only 25% in Bihar.
