Gujarat cancels Class 12 board Examinations

AHMEDABAD: The state government on Wednesday said it had made a decision to cancel board examinations for Class 12 pupils of Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB).
The decision has been taken at the nation cabinet assembly, ” said state education minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama.
A determination on whether to run examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 repeater pupils or not might be performed soon, the ministry stated.
The decision was taken keeping in view the larger interest of 6.83 lakh Course 12 pupils who were expected to take the examinations this year.
On Tuesday afternoon that the GSHSEB had declared the dates for Class 12 board exams in July 1 to July 16.
Shortly following the primary government’s decision on Tuesday to cancel the Class 12 board examinations CBSE, the Gujarat administration stated it will relook its conclusion of running board examinations.
