In this case, a 14-year-old girl lost from her home in April 2019.
His parents submitted brilliant officers at the Gandhigram police station in Rajkot, accused a Muslim man and two Hindu women kidnapped their daughter and held it forcefully.
The police registered fir against the defendant under Section 363 and 366 IPC, to lure the minor of his law guardian detainees.
When Rajkot police did not act, the father of the missing girl approached the High Court through Nirav Sanghavi’s advocate and urged him to direct the police to find the girl.

The court watched the fact that the lost girl was not even 15 years old when she was lost and Rajkot police had submitted a ‘A’ summary report.
Despite HC intervention, Rajkot police could not find the girl.
The court said that two and a half years to find a lost girl was “a lot of time” that had been given to the probe agent.
