Gujarat CM announces merit-based Development for college students

Gujarat government has chosen to provide merit-based development to most undergraduate school students in school, grant-in-aid in addition to for private schools and universities.

The decision has been taken at a center committee meeting chaired by chief minister Vijay Rupani.

“The state government has chosen to provide merit-based development to school students keeping in view the Covid-19 situation.

It’s important only for this calendar year,” explained Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, say education minister.

He explained that Covid-19 Legislation plan for 18 to 44 years age category is now underway at the country and also that many young pupils are not yet been vaccinated.
