Gandhinagar: The State Government Friday ordered a prohibition of illegal substances mixed in biodiesel and directed strict actions against those involved in illegal activities.
In another significant decision, the State Committee (SLC) led by Chief Secretary was formed to review and curbed the sale of biodiesel falsified.
It was decided on Friday that biodiesel can be sourced and only sold by oil marketing companies.
SLC will regularly review the implementation of biodiesel sales policies in the state and check the mixing of other substances in it.
