Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court has requested the State Authority to answer the questions caused by 10 Kandidat Lok Rakshak whose height is less than measured in 2019 even though remeasured follows the court order.
10 Candidates, which have submitted a post sub-inspector Lok Rakshak Dal and the police, has approached the High Court complaining that their height meets the minimum requirement criteria when measured by the Lok Rakshak recruitment board in 2019 Recruitment Drive.
However, in 2021, the same board found their height to be less than previously measured.
To eliminate doubts, the High Court on December 29, 2021 ordered the government to have the height of the candidate measured again in the Civil Sola hospital.
During the trial on Wednesday, the additional government applicant submitted a report from the Civil Solo Hospital to court and proposed that during the measurement, there were no candidates who met the minimum high requirements – 165 cm for female candidates and 155 cm for a female candidate.
It was stated that no change was found in any case.
Responding to this, the Advocate of the Sonal Vyas Applicant said, “This is not good.” He argued that the same board had measured their height during the recruitment boost and certified that they were quite high to meet the criteria for feasibility.
He handed over that the height of the candidates could not be reduced naturally, and signaled the possibility of errors in the part of the authorities.
He further said, “I cannot handle a situation that this second measurement has occurred.
This seems irrational.” The lawyer asked the court to allow these candidates to appear for written tests.
Government lawyers told the court that the written text was scheduled for the end of February.
The High Court asked the government to submit a written statement in return on the petition and posted further hearing on February 27.
The court has allowed candidates to approach them if there was difficulty.
