Ahmedabad: The Gujarat High Court on Wednesday issued a notification to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for the petition that challenged the decision of the city commissioner to cancel the offer for the road on Jalan Sindhu Bhavan for the reason received not too high.

In June, one Shrestha Infraspace LLP offers Rs 1,88,300 per SQ M for 8,060 SQ M plots which are auctioned by the Civic body.
The basic price repaired by AMC is Rs 1.88 lakh per sq m.
The agreement must be beaten at RS 151.76 Crore, but the civil body cancel the auction in the field that the price taken by the plot is only Rs 300 more per SQ M in addition to the basic price repaired.
This will take the Civic RS 24.85 lakh body more than what it is estimated.
Shrestha’s bid cancellation does not match the company and approach HC on the grounds that it is so offering even more than a base price, the authority has no reason to cancel the offer in the field that the agreement is.
Don’t take a good price.
This is because the seller has improved the base price, and whether the offer is RE 1 or RS 50,000 more than the base price, the offer is legal.
The court has requested civilian authority to reply to this problem on September 14.
