AHMEDABAD: The Gujarat home board (GHB) has long been the time for taxpayers for paying 50 percent of the punishment involving the illegal structure within their assumptions until July 31.
Such people that cover the required penalty fee may convert their respective GHB flat or tenement in to freehold.
In a comprehensive press release, GHB has promised that apartment and tenement proprietors that have constructed chambers, or have encroached upon perimeter spaces or additional flooring are now able to replicate it by committing a fee.
The state authorities had given a 50% exemption within this penalty amount until July 31.
“For home units that the penalty fee is going to be determined based on the jantri speed of the available plot in the area of the GHB home,” stated a senior GHB official.
In the event of non-residential possessions the penalty are also based on the prevailing jantri speed of the region.
Sources from the GHB assert a number of possessions have been stuck in legal problems that has stalled redevelopment jobs.
“A variety of GHB societies had received supplies for redevelopment.
But because of the illegal structures residents couldn’t use exactly the same.
This procedure can help hasten the procedure,” stated the GHB official.
