Gujarat rain: 3 dead, some move in Saurashtra; NDRF, Tim SDRF, IAF Choppers deployed

Ahmedabad: Heavy rain of the large part of the Saurashtra Gujarat region on Monday, which leads to the deaths of three people in Rajkot and Jamnagar when the river overflows and the areas bite passion, encourage the authorities to issue warnings and spread the NDRF team and SRDF for evacuation and relief.
The Indian Air Force Helicopter was suppressed to services at Jamnagar and Rajkot to the uslift people, said the district authorities.

A woman and two men sank after their car was washed away with the intensity of rain in two separate incidents in Kalavad in Rajkot and Jamnagar District in Jamnagar Regency, officials said.
Some National Disaster Response (NDRF) and the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) were rushed to Rajkot, Junagadh and Jamnagar, they said.
About 20 people were covered by the Indian Air Force Helicopter from various villages in the Jamnagar district, and 30 others were saved too, the Collector Sourabh Pardhi said, while Rajkot collector Arun Mahesh Babu told him that IAF Choppers were preparing in three villages from three villages of three Village of three district villages.
“So far we have moved a total of 1,155 people to safe places in this district, and the process continues.
The NDRF team from Bhatinda in Punjab and two Tim SDRF from Banskantha and Vadodara will be here to help in rescue operations,” said Babu .
Pardhi said two NDRF teams and one of the SDRF carried out rescue operations in affected areas in Jamnagar.
A Seoc official said the part of the national highway between Jamnagar and Kalavad was blocked due to flooding, while six highways in Jamnagar, Amreli and Porbandar Regency and 58 village roads in various districts were very affected.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of India’s Meteorology, during the day, the estimated rainfall was widespread in Gujarat until Wednesday, including “heavy to very heavy rainfall with very heavy rainfall in several places in the Saurashtra district for the next four days”.
Part of South Gujarat and other districts can also receive very heavy rainfall during this period, IMD added.
