Ahmedabad: Calculation of Coronavirus Gujarat rose to 8.25,347 on Wednesday with the addition of 17 new cases, while another patient gave up on infection, the state health department said.
With one more Covid-19 deaths reported from Jamnagar Regency, the victim in all states rose to 10,080, the department said.
A total of 17 patients were dismissed from hospitals during the day, pushing the number of cases restored to 8.15.108, the department said in the release.
The Covid-19 recovery rate stated at 98.76%.
Gujarat now has 159 active cases, where the condition of five patients is very important, said the release.
The number of people who have been given the Covid-19 vaccine in the state rose to 4,39,78,413, where 3,46,880 beneficiaries were inoculated on Wednesday, the department said.
In terms of district, the letter reported the number of six new cases, followed by Dahod with five, Ahmedabad and Vadodara two cases, and each Gandhinagar and Kutch, he said.
The total number of Covid-19 cases in the Dadra Union and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu rose to 10,632 with the addition of a new infection, officials said.
With one recovery again, the calculation of patients being beaten up to 10,624, they said.
There are four active cases in UT which has so far reported many deaths related to Coronavirus, the officials said.
